• Shipping 運送

  Kamaro’an is a small studio, and every piece is made to order. We ship all international orders once a week from Taiwan.

  We offer free worldwide shipping with FedEx and SF Express.

  Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking email with delivery details.

  Import Duties & Taxes

  International shipping does not include import duties, VAT, or customs fees.

  These charges, if applied, are collected by the local customs office and are the responsibility of the customer.

  United States: Duties Included Option (+USD 30)

  For customers in the United States, we offer an optional FedEx Duties Included service. Select this at checkout (+USD 30) and no duties will be charged upon delivery.

  每周出貨一次，台灣與中港澳會用順豐宅配寄出，歐美日使用 Fedex 寄送。

  出貨後會寄送出貨通知，含寄件單號與貨運追蹤連結。

  遇國定假日，出貨日會延長。

  如果有急件，歡迎來 Kamaro’an House 取貨，每天 13:00-18:00 皆歡迎。請提前在 @kamaroan.studio 聯繫我們，讓我們提早備好產品！

  *國際寄送不包含關稅、增值稅或其他進口費用。若被收取，需由收件人向當地海關或物流單位支付。

  *美國收件地址寄送方式可選擇「FedEx Duties Included」服務（+USD 30）。

• International Return 國際退換貨

  Each piece of your order is unique. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please email us within 7 days after receiving the parcel to arrange a return.

  For details, please kindly read the following T&C:

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition received, and in the original packaging.

  • The shipping fee is non-refundable, we will attach a receipt as proof.

  • When the parcel is returned to Taiwan, a customs fee may be applied, the customs fee is also non-refundable.

  • You may ship using any method of your choice, at your expense, EMS is recommended.

  • Please do arrange the return shipping in 7 days after receiving confirmation from us, or the return confirmation will be canceled.

  • Please send us a tracking number after dispatch. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Please also kindly note that PayPal’s international fee will be deducted from the refund.

  Kamaro’an is not responsible for shipping costs, nor customs reimbursement in the case of international purchases and returns.

• Domestic Return 台灣退換貨

  Kamaro’an 網路商店提供七天鑑賞期，若需辦理退換貨，請於收到商品七天內（以郵戳為憑）回覆訂單確認信，以提出退換貨需求。

  我們會以 email 回覆「退換貨確認信」，並提供收件資訊，麻煩你在寄出包裹後回覆「追蹤編號」給我們。

  請確保退回的產品為全新狀態，且需有完整吊牌、產品卡與隨附文件。

  我們在收到產品後，會盡快為您處理退款事宜，退款作業時間為 10-20 個工作天。

  小提醒，Kamaro’an 在台灣與中港澳提供免運服務，如果有退換貨事宜，我們會扣除貨物寄出的運費，再行退費，謝謝體諒。

  電子發票將在出貨後二週左右寄出，如果有任何問題，歡迎以電子郵件聯繫我們。
