• Shipping 運送

  kamaro’an orders are made to order and shipped once a week from taiwan. we offer free worldwide shipping via fedex and sf express. a tracking number will be provided by email once dispatched.

  *import duties* international shipping does not include local vat or customs fees. these are collected by the local customs office and are covered by the customer.

  *united states* an optional fedex duties-included service is available. by selecting this option at checkout (+usd 25), no additional duties will be charged upon delivery.

  台灣寄送是用順豐宅配，一般出貨後一至二天會收到。店裡每週出貨一次，如果有急件，營業時間皆歡迎來店裡取貨。

• International Return 國際退換貨

  if you would like to return your order, please email us with your order number within 7 days of receiving your parcel. we will follow up with a return guide.

  *condition* items must be unused and in their original packaging.

  *fees* shipping costs and customs duties are non-refundable.

  *shipping* return shipping is covered by the customer; ems is recommended.

  *process* please send the parcel within 7 days after our confirmation and provide a tracking number.

  *refund* the refund will be issued once the item is received and inspected.

• Domestic Return 台灣退換貨

  Kamaro’an 網路商店提供七天鑑賞期，若需辦理退換貨，請於收到商品七天內（以郵戳為憑）回覆訂單確認信，以提出退換貨需求。

  我們會以 email 回覆「退換貨確認信」，並提供收件資訊，麻煩你在寄出包裹後回覆「追蹤編號」給我們。

  請確保退回的產品為全新狀態，且需有完整吊牌、產品卡與隨附文件。

  我們在收到產品後，會為您處理退款事宜，退款作業時間為七天。

  電子發票將在出貨後一週左右寄出，如果有任何問題，歡迎以電子郵件聯繫我們。
