material* italian cowhide (a byproduct of the livestock industry) certified by the Genuine Italian Vegetable-Tanned Leather Consortium.
tanning process* tanned using plant extracts such as bark, mimosa, and chestnut in compliance with EU environmental standards.
characteristics* retains the natural grain texture. the surface develops a distinct patina and luster over time.
Kamaro’an 的皮革製品皆使用義大利牛皮，以義大利傳統的製革技術，進行鞣製處理，並符合歐盟環保規範。
牛皮在鞣製過程中需浸泡在樹皮、含羞草、橡果等植物萃取物中，也因此皮革色澤會隨時間變化，並保留皮革粒面（grain）的自然紋理。
牛皮為義大利當地畜牧業的副產品，確保不會有牛因為皮革而喪失生命。

oiling* apply leather oil evenly in circular motions. for small areas, use fingertips for precise application. it is recommended to use separate brushes for cleaning and oiling.
finishing* use a wax block to seal and polish the edges. this process ensures a smooth finish and enhances durability.

可以準備兩支刷子，一支用於去除灰塵，一支專門塗抹皮革油。
上油時，以畫圓方式均勻塗抹，小部位可用指腹輕輕推勻。上油後，可使用蠟塊封邊，並用拋光工具打磨，使邊緣光滑耐用。

our canvas is produced entirely in taiwan. from weaving and dyeing to the final water-repellent finish, the process is a continuation of taiwan’s textile legacy.
fabric* custom-woven cotton canvas from local mills in taiwan. this fabric is a continuation of taiwan’s textile legacy, utilizing high-density weaving techniques.
dyeing* colors are custom-developed through cold-dyeing, a precise process where fabric is suspended and rotated to allow deep, even penetration of dyes for a rich and uniform tone.
finish* the fabric features a light water-repellent treatment to resist daily stains.
standards* all processes follow the oeko-tex standard 100, ensuring air and water protection, waste management, and noise reduction.

我們的帆布從織造、染整到加工，全製程皆在台灣完成，承襲了台灣紡織產業的技術遺產。
織紋* 與台灣彰化織布廠共同研發。這款 16 盎司特織帆布透過增加紗線股數，建立比一般帆布更緊密的結構。
染整* 為訂製顏色與冷染技術（cold-dyeing）。布料需長時間懸掛捲動以吸收染劑，使厚實的棉質纖維能色澤濃郁且均勻，避免一般缸染容易產生的色塊不均。
防撥水* 表面有做輕防潑水處理，污漬也比較不容易滲進布料纖維裡。
規範* 染整程序符合 oeko-tex standard 100 標章，確保製程符合歐盟環保標準。

technique* constructed with a seamless spiral-sewing method inheriting the rattan spiral weaving by a third-generation hat-making workshop in taiwan. the atelier supplies high-end natural fibers to international couture houses and european royal households.
material* a blend of natural hemp and japanese washi paper fibers. this composition retains a natural straw texture while offering a pliable surface that minimizes friction against clothing.
protection* the exterior is finished with a resin coating to enhance structural durability and provide light water resistance.
技法* 由台灣第三代製帽工坊研製，承襲傳統螺旋藤編技法，以無接縫織帶手工車縫而成。該工坊長期為全球高級時裝屋及歐洲王室提供高端天然纖維材料。
材質* 以天然大麻纖維與日本和紙纖維混紡。此材質保留了草編的原始質感，並具備較高的柔軟度，能減少與衣物摩擦的損耗。
塗層* 表面施有樹脂塗層處理，以強化結構耐用度並具備輕微防水效果。

dyeing materials* shoulang yam, betel nut, and fukugi. shoulang yam contains natural tannins traditionally used to treat fishing nets and work clothes to strengthen fiber structure. betel nut and fukugi are native plants utilized in hualien.
dyeing process* all stages from raw material preparation and extraction to immersion dyeing are conducted in our hualien studio. each piece undergoes three dyeing and mordanting cycles.
characteristics* shades vary by season, boiling conditions, and weather during stirring. variations in color and visible dye marks are inherent to the craft.
染材* 包含薯榔、檳榔與福木。薯榔傳統上用於處理漁網與工作服，其天然單寧能強化纖維結構；檳榔與福木則是花蓮在地的常用植物。
製程* 從染材處理、萃取到煮染皆在我們的花蓮工作室完成。每個包包需經過三個完整的染色與媒染循環。
顏色* 草木染會隨每個季節的染材，以及每鍋煮與攪動的天候環境，有顏色與染痕的不同。

fade* colors will gradually fade over time, similar to denim.

our linen is produced entirely in flanders, france, a region with a centuries-old linen legacy. the fibers retain the traditional characteristics of flemish craftsmanship, providing structural solidity and a soft texture with a good drape.

material* a wetland plant grown naturally in paddy fields. its surface is covered with a natural waxy layer, providing water resistance and a structure durable enough to last for generations.
heritage* in the pangcah tribes of hualien, the material is traditionally woven into mats for cooling during summer nights. its thermal properties and sun protection also make it a functional layer worn during field work to lower body temperature.
cultivation* we have our own umbrella sedge fields along the hualien coast. we grow and harvest the plants ourselves, following the natural growth and harvest cycles of the land.
材質* 生長於水田的自然植物。表面覆有天然蠟質，具備防水特性，且結構堅固耐用，可傳承數代。
傳承* 在花蓮阿美族部落中，傳統上將其編織為草蓆以利夏季乘涼。其隔熱與遮陽特性，也使其成為農作時披在背上降低體溫的功能性材料。
栽種* 我們在花蓮海岸擁有自己的輪傘草田。我們親自種植與收割，順應土地自然的生長與收成週期。

cleaning* if mold spots appear due to humidity, brush them off and dry the material in the sun.
清理* 若因潮濕環境產生霉斑，請用刷子刷除，曬太陽乾燥即可。
