胖乎乎的葫蘆線條，以及為了攜帶葫蘆而發展起來的編織工藝，這一季的 Archetype 從這裡出發。
一個小小的葫蘆系列，把古老的回憶連結起來。
喜歡有共同記憶的形狀，熟悉的形狀讓人感到平靜。
We love objects that have existed for a long time because they must have beautiful essence.
We love shapes that have common memories, the familiar shapes make us calm.
The chubby gourds and the rattan weaving techniques developed for carrying gourds, are the lovely things we want to explore this season. A mini gourds series, resonating with the archetypes in our lives.

這幾年，我們在東部土地上緩慢而徹底走訪，記錄了數十件文物，並觀察其中的原型。
在家具的流派中，archetype 原形是指流傳了千百年，在眾人的使用中共同凝結出來的器物形狀。
我們發現，葫蘆作為生活中經常使用的水瓶與種子儲存器——橢圓形的底部、雙層肚皮和編織提把——葫蘆圓滾滾的形狀也影響了陶器和籐編器外型。
千錘百鍊的形狀，有其深植於文化的美學，也承載著土地上百年來的生活面貌。
在 archetype 系列中，我們與台灣擁有三代歷史的製帽廠老師傅一起製作，延續籐編的螺旋織法，以旋轉成型的方式車縫成為一個個扎實 archetype 物件。
以大麻與日本紙混織而成草木纖維織帶，質地細緻而堅韌。草木纖維織帶表面有特殊樹脂塗層，具輕微的防撥水作用。若沾到水，請以乾布擦乾即；如碰到髒污，可以濕布沾中性洗潔劑輕輕搓洗，洗淨後陰乾即可。
如果收納時擠壓到形狀，以熨斗或掛燙機順著外型線條熨燙，包包可以恢復形狀。
