Kamaro’an is a small studio and all pieces are made to order and generally leave our studio once a week.
We ship worldwide with Fedex. We will do our best to ensure you receive your order in a timely manner. All customers receive a shipping notification with tracking information, once the order has been dispatched.
The shipping prices do not include duty or customs fees that your country may charge. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and are not responsible for them. If you choose to decline receipt of your package, you will be responsible for any additional shipping, taxes, duties and/or custom charges incurred for the return. Kamaro’an is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
Each piece of you order is unique. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can email us in 7 days after receiving the parcel to arrange a return.
Returns must be shipped back to the Kamaro’an studio in Hualien, Taiwan in 7 days after confirmed by us. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition received, and in the original packaging.
You may ship using any method of your choice, at your expense. Please send us a tracking number after dispatched. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Kamaro’an is not responsible for shipping costs, nor customs reimbursement in the case of international purchases.
We are willing to repair items if they are defective or damaged. Please send us an email to email@example.com if an issue occurs.
